Our church will not share your name or other personal information with anyone without your permission. We may use your address/phone/e-mail to provide you with information about our church and its activities (by mailing you the church newsletter, for example). If you do not wish to receive information from the church, please notify the church administrator.

The church publishes a directory of members and friends. The directory is solely for the private, noncommercial use of the members of the congregation. Your inclusion in this directory is strictly optional. You may decide whether or not to be included in the printed version of the directory (and any future online version) and how much, and what type(s) of information (phone, address, email, etc.) you wish to include. You may request that your name be added to, or removed from, the church directory at any time by notifying the church administrator. admin@slcuu.org
