<p>This survey is intended to provide critical information for the Board of Trustees and the Executive Team. We will use the results each year to evaluate our progress, evaluate our stated Ends and identify areas in which we need to dedicate additional time and resources in the coming years.</p>
<p>As you will see, the survey is organized into three short sections corresponding to each of our three identified Ends, or goals. We are interested in your perceptions of how the Church is doing in these vital areas that project who we want to become as a church community.</p>
