Today we Share the Plate with the Utah Rivers Council. The Utah Rivers Council works to protect Utah’s rivers, ecosystems and the communities they support. Matt Berry is the River Council's Water, Fiscal and Conservation Policy Specialist.  As policy specialist, Matt focuses on lobbying for the Utah Rivers Council's initiatives in the Utah State Legislature.
